What artirfs.com sells is website design and setup, and hosting. Everything is delivered digitally; nothing is shipped.

Services and prices

A site designed for your work, connected to your own domain and published with SSL.

$500, one time, outside Türkiye
In Türkiye 25,000 TL + VAT

Keeping the site online on a server we manage, updates and security, daily backups; moving an existing site, database and email accounts when needed.

First year included with a standard site

The scope, price, payment schedule and delivery time of each job are set out in the written quote we send you or in the agreement we sign.

Once a site we made is live, we host it ourselves. We can also move an existing site from elsewhere and manage it for you.

Server. Your site stays online on a server we manage. Larger needs such as an archive, a collection or a database get a separate server used only for you.
Updates and security. The server is kept updated and secure, the SSL certificate is renewed, the database and files are backed up every day from the first day, and storage and performance are watched.
Moving. We move your existing site, database and files to the new server. The switch happens once you confirm everything works; until then your old system stays live.
Email accounts. We move your email accounts to a proper email service, keeping your addresses and existing mail. Email is not kept on the website server.
Changes and support. We make the changes you ask for; bigger work such as a new section or a redesign is quoted as a fixed price first.
Your data is yours. Your domain, content and data always stay yours. You get a full backup whenever you ask, and you can move to another host at any time without our permission.
Term and ending. Hosting is yearly and billed in advance. You can end it with 30 days’ notice by email; the site stays online until the end of the paid year.

Preview. We build a preview with your own work. The preview is free.
Quote and payment. If you like the preview, we confirm scope and price in a written quote. Payment is taken at this stage.
Refine. We finish the text, selection and layout together.
Publish and host. We connect the site to your domain, publish it with SSL and start hosting it.

By credit or debit card through PayTR, using the payment link we send you.
By bank transfer to our company account.
Clients outside Türkiye can pay in USD.
Your card details are processed by PayTR; we never see or store them.
Invoices are issued electronically by ARTİRFS Mimarlık Tasarım ve Yazılım Ltd. Şti.

All our services are delivered digitally. Nothing physical is shipped and there is no shipping charge.
During preview and refinement the site is shared with you at a preview address.
Delivery means the site is published on your domain and we confirm this to you by email.
The delivery time is stated in the quote. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, delivery takes place within 30 days after we receive payment and the content for the site.
Hosting starts on the day the site is published (for moves, the day of the switch to the new server) and runs for 12 months.
Your domain stays registered in your name.
